FAQ's

location:
the centre of saalbach is about 700 meters away from our pension 
the next lift is the large cablecar,the schattberg express


busstop for the ski and hiking bus:
the next busstop is 100 metres from our house


arrival:
please note!!! on your arrival day your room/app. will be ready for you from 15.00 hrs
if you are not able to arrive before 18.00 hrs please contact us


departure:
on your departure day, please vacant your room/app before 10.00 at the very latest !!


parking space:
since we only have a limited amount of parking space, we would like to bring to your attention that we can only garanty a parking space during your actual stay with us, from your arrival day 15.00 hrs untill your departure day 10.00 hrs


wlan:
we have a wlan connection, which you can use for 20 minutes per day,further use can be paid for with your credit card directly to the provider


payment:
please note that we cannot accept credit/ec cards,because of the high fees


prepayment:
as soon as we recieved your prepaymant we will notify you and your reservation is a fact


mountainbikers:
for our biking guests we have a lockable bike room and a bike washing facility


the garden:
in summer our guests are welcome to make use of our lovely garden with the kneippbasin and a barbeque/grill 


dogs:
as we really love animals and share our life with several of them,dogs are more than welcome in our pension !
